Features:
- Launch new connections or close existing
ones from within the terminal
- Optional split screen in portrait mode

Known
iPad Specific Issues:
- VNC not visible inside split screen
- Sometimes the control key is
unresponsive due to a limitation in the
Apple API. With Apple bluetooth keyboards,
the option key maps to the control key.
ESC maps to Option+= and function keys map
to Option-1 though Option-0 as their
respecitve function key.
